It is one thing to sell off players. The smart teams are shopping while selling. Dual injuries to Baltimore Orioles starters got us thinking about a trade, and what would be acceptable if a quality pitcher was shipped off to the East Coast. Meanwhile, Pedro Grifol had a few quotes that we can't let slide by without pointing out that they were bold-faced lies. One of the best parts about baseball keeps the White Sox skipper in check.

In the modern baseball era a tale has been told that teams must tear down, acquire prospects and fail for years. If they do this, they'll win a championship. We're here to say that system doesn't work as well as some think. Rather than consider moving names like Crochet, Robert, Fedde and others, the White Sox should consider a different way to contend yearly in Major League Baseball.
