With the exception of a couple $15,000,000 per year players, everyone on this team is being paid low enough that you could justify benching, optioning or releasing them. Why can a White Sox fan see the problem way before the team can see it? It isn't difficult to evaluate some key pieces on this roster. The New White Sox

Opening Day was a lot more than just a victory. We also saw a very new White Sox team. Former White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson's interview, along with two cutthroat DFA moves, put a spotlight on a very different organizational philosophy. No matter if you think it matters, the 2025 White Sox are different that what you have been rooting for most of your life. Win or lose, this will be a unique season.
